  I went around 7:57pm not knowing what time they close, I started to look at the menu for about 3 minutes in, I believe the owner was behind the sandwich bar. When we clearly saw us looking at the menu. Then an older Asian lady comes out from the back and tells the guy to tell us, that their close. My friend understood what they said, since he's Asian. No apologies or I'm sorry. Well why do you have a open sign flashing outside and the door open ...if your close!!

  It seems like the establishment is under new management. I had a much better experience this time! There's a Baskin Robbins attached as well so I had to indulge in some Rainbow Sherbert as well. Very impressed with staff as my past experiences with BR has been somewhat subpar. Will come again!
  
  Update: I came back around to Togo's while I was in the area. Still great quality sandwiches as well as the people! Got myself a sandwich and a ice cream.

  The guy that runs this Togo's is insanely stingy in a way that is extremely off-putting. He will attempt to upcharge you or deny whatever seemingly simple request you have. He will refuse to do common courteous things that other togas routinely do. For some bizarre reason he wouldn't let me add cheese to a tuna sandwich. Like look you tool I understand that it costs extra.  I agreed to that. Then he argued with me about getting it toasted.  Then he won't recognize your Togo's app number for whatever reason.  I'm not sure if the rent got raised and he's hurting for business or what the deal is but I will never be going back here.  Just in general, his attitude is terrible and rude.  I've honestly been going to the Togo's on crown for the last 12 years.  This was the worst Togo's experience I've ever had.

  Walked out:
  Events in order
  1. ZERO toilet paper in bathroom, I was there when they opened no excuses.
  2. Took the guy behind me that was picking up a cake for the attached 31 flavors then helped me with sandwich.
  3. Picked up item off of floor and had to be asked to change gloves.
  4. Open mayo jug is not kept in the cooler but in cabinet.
  
  I worked at a different Togo's a long time ago. So I know where the mayo should be kept.
